Notes

Freeze skills cannot target Buildings
Buildings can be frozen by Freeze Rune, but it will have no effect
Freeze lasts 1 full turn, meaning Heroes frozen during an enemy turn but before they are able to attack will skip two attacks.
- Not all skills specify the duration, but it will always last for one turn. A new freeze effect will refresh it to one turn however, so targets can remain frozen for much longer.
